Opus now works with every streaming service
Opus has always worked beautifully with Apple Music. Starting today, it works with every other streaming service too.
Until now, logging a work meant searching Apple Music's catalog. That's still the fastest way in — but it left out anyone who listens on Spotify, TIDAL, YouTube, or somewhere else. Your journal should reflect what you actually listen to, wherever you listen to it.
Log a work from anywhere
To add a work to your journal, paste a link from Apple Music, Spotify, TIDAL, or YouTube into the search bar. Opus reads the link and fills in the title and artwork for you. No retyping, no hunting through a catalog that doesn't match the recording you heard.
Next Listen, in the service you use
Next Listen recommends what to listen to next and, just as importantly, tells you why — drawing on the works you've logged and rated. Now every recommendation comes with a "Listen in…" option. When something catches your eye, open it right in Apple Music or whichever service you prefer. All it takes is a tap.
Available now
Update Opus from the App Store to start logging and listening across every service. As always, your journal stays yours — a record of what you've heard, what you thought, and what's worth hearing next.
